Terms and Conditions


The term "Customer" refers to the moral or physical person who orders products on the commercial website www.francebox.com.
The term "Product" refers to France Box and its related items ordered by the Customer, in accordance to these terms and conditions.
The term "Supplier" refers to the commercial website www.francebox.com.
The website www.francebox.com is provided by COMVCOM with a capital of 82 510 €, under registration number 434024860 RCS Paris 75.


Each France Box is accompanied by photos, a description and a price.
All products offered for sale by the Supplier can be delivered worldwide with the exception of the countries where our shipper LA POSTE and its foreign partners are not able to track the parcel until its final destination and where the customer must sign upon receipt of the parcel.

The photos from the Supplier illustrating the products to support the product description are not included in the contractual field. Should errors occur, the Supplier cannot be held responsible at any time.
Order and Processing
All orders placed with the Supplier assume the Customer’s agreement to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions can be consulted through a link at the bottom of the homepage, as well as at the bottom of the page where the Customer validates the order.
The Supplier’s order validation process involves successive data input which enables the Customer to modify the order before receiving a final order confirmation from the Supplier.

The delivery of all ordered products are provided by our shipper LA POSTE in France and Monaco, and by its varying shipping partners outside of France.
For each placed order online, the Customer will receive an order confirmation by email from the Supplier. This order confirmation contains the order reference number enabling the Customer to verify the order (products and chosen options, price, shipping costs etc.).

Processing and Delivery time

The delivery time of products varies according to the Supplier’s and its partners’ availability of stock. Generally, the processing time including order validation, packaging and shipping is between 7 to 14 working days. 
The delivery time varies according to the final destination.

Within the European Union: Leaving France + 3 to 5 working days
Rest of the World: Leaving France + 5 to 10 working days

Once the order has been sent, the Customer receives an email containing the parcel’s tracking number to follow on www.colissimo.fr.
All product prices are displayed in Euros, including VAT (20%) for orders destined for France and all other EU countries.
The VAT (20%) is not applicable for countries outside of the EU borders (excluding shipping costs where the VAT is included). The customer will be refunded the VAT and any customs’ costs once the parcel arrives to the country.
Payment methods

The following payment methods are available for orders placed on the website:

1. Via Paypal, the payment is due immediately upon placing the order. The transmission of your bank details is made directly and securely (SSL encryption) on the Paypal website. Your banking details, which must be re-entered for each new order, are only stored for processing the order and are subsequently deleted. Our website does not view nor register any of these details. These details are entirely managed by the Paypal website.

2. Via bank transfer to the Supplier’s bank account. In this case, the order will be confirmed upon receipt of the transfer to the Supplier’s French bank account.
For all products ordered on the website, the Customer disposes a statutory withdrawal period of 14 days upon receipt of the products.
As of registration of the order, all complaints on products purchased from the Supplier must be addressed directly by a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt ONLY written in French or English.

Data Protection
The company COMVCOM collects personal data through all orders placed on the Supplier’s website. These data will never be used for commercial or advertising purposes, but will only serve to communicate with the Customer.

The company COMVCOM reserves the right within the rules of the Criminal Code and Article 9.1 of the Civil Code to disclose to the law enforcement and any other legal authority, the name of all adults charged or indicted in an ongoing legal court case, particularly related to computer fraud.
In accordance to law number 78-17 from January 6 1978, every person is entitled to access and correct any concerned personal data.
Legal Disagreements
Legal disagreements arising from the use of the website www.france.com, particularly related to orders, are subject to the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Paris. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance to the French law.
